Casa del Rio, "House on the River", is a beautiful and cozy cabin located on the Coosawattee River. With three nicely decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this property accommodates up to 8 people comfortably.
The first level of the cabin has a cozy living room with a wrap around sofa, wood-burning fireplace, two queen bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed with all small appliances including an espresso maker! The hot tub is easily accessible from the second bedroom and the living room.
The loft level offers a small sleeping area with a double futon and the Master Suite provides a queen bed, full bathroom and a deck overlooking the river.
You can enjoy hours of fun inside the Coosawattee Resort with all the amenities that include swimming in an indoor or outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, fitness center and putt-putt.
PLEASE READ ~ Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver REQUIRED:
Serenity Cabin Rental, LLC requires a $300 refundable security deposit with each reservation OR a $30 non-refundable damage waiver which will cover UP TO $200 in repair/replacement of damaged items at the rental unit. If guest elects to pay the damage waiver and damages exceed $200, renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged property. If guest elects to pay the refundable security deposit, it will be refunded within 72 hours of departure cleaning if no damage occurred.
