Turtle Creek Retreat is the perfect Ellijay cabin rental for large family gatherings, church or corporate retreats. With comfortable sleeping for up to 20 guests, there is something to amuse and entertain all age groups.
This gorgeous Ellijay cabin is situated on over 2 acres of land, over half of which is surrounded by a creek just a short walk to a cascading waterfall. It is the perfect place to let the kids explore Mother Nature safely.
Upon entering the cabin, you will see that no expense has been spared to ensure your pleasure, comfort and enjoyment. The furnishings are luxurious, yet functional.
The living room is spacious and has a sofa, love seat and oversized chair. For your entertainment, there is a 42" flat screen TV with satellite. The floor to ceiling fireplace is wood burning and wood is provided.
The adjoining dining room provides seating for 12-14, two can eat at the breakfast bar and there is easy access to the back deck from the french doors off the dining room. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, all small appliances and lots of cabinet and counter space. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level.
The King master suite is located on the main level with a private bathroom equipped with his & hers sinks, a jetted garden tub and a stand-alone tile shower. Enjoy a view of the creek through the large picture window over the Jacuzzi tub.
The loft area has a wet bar, game/poker table with cards and chips, 37" flat screen TV with satellite, work desk with DSL and HP printer, multiple board games and a futon that accommodates up to 2.
The loft also includes a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one Queen with Country Elegant decor and one with two Double beds with Shabby Chic decor.
The finished basement is where the most fun takes place! With another wet bar, pool table and 60" TV (perfect for gaming) with satellite, oversize chair and love seat, everyone can have a blast here!
There are two bedrooms and one full bath in the basement. One room offers two sets of bunk beds and the other a Queen bed.
Just outside the basement door is 6-person hot tub with wet bar and the beautiful rock firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, with adirondack style seating for 6.
The creek is shallow enough for children to play safely, but just in case, there are two children's life vests as an extra precaution.
Turtle Creek Retreat is an Ellijay rental property located in Coosawattee River Resort and is conveniently located near the Recreation Center. All amenities of Coosawattee River Resort are included in the rental such as swimming, tennis, fitness center, basketball, and putt-putt.

Mountain Memories Cabins requires a $300 refundable security deposit with each reservation OR a $30 non-refundable damage waiver which will cover UP TO $200 in repair/replacement of damaged items at the rental unit. If guest elects to pay the damage waiver and damages exceed $200, renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged property. If guest elects to pay the refundable security deposit, it will be refunded within 72 hours of departure cleaning if no damage occurred.
